• Current Owner Search: This search examines title from the date of the current owner's acquisition to the present. It verifies the status of the present ownership as well as any encumbrances that may have occurred since the present owner acquired the property.
• Two-Owner Search: The search goes backwards to the deed before the present owner's acquisition. It is needed to prove clear title, which is very important in any case related to foreclosure.
• 30-Year Search: This is a full search covering the last 30 years of ownership and encumbrances and is suitable for most transactions.
• 40-Year Search: Additional history with this option, covering 40 years of capture and ownership of encumbrances.
